At Lawn, children from Year 6 volunteer to be a librarian as we encourage our pupils to take on roles to help them prepare for their transition to secondary school and to also encourage a sense of responsibility, achievement and self-esteem. Their duties are carried out approximately twice a week for some of their lunch break. They follow a rota to provide consistency.
