Q – Why do I not get the texts from the school about my child?
A – The text service only sends the parent that is Priority 1 in our systems, the priorities can be updated if you would like a different parent to receive the text messages. It could also be that you have downloaded the Teachers 2 Parents App, once you have the app you no longer receive messages via text they will only appear in the app, if you log out and then uninstall the app it should revert to send as text.
Q – Why am I no longer receiving emails from the school?
A – All emails are sent to both Priority 1 & 2 contacts, It could be that you have unsubscribed from emails, to resubscribe you need to https://www.scopay.com/resubscribe.html
Q – Where do I book school meals on the SCOPAY app?
A – Go the calendar and here you will be able to toggle between your children and dinners or wraparound care (if you use it).
