Q - How do I register for MCAS?
A - Use this link, enter your email address and then set a password. We reccommend the app for phone users then ensure you have notifications turned on.
Q - What do I do if I am not getting notifications in MCAS?
A - In cases like this, it’s possible that you may not have enabled push notifications when first installing or accessing the app. To resolve this, please:
1. Delete the MCAS app from their device
2. Reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play
3. Ensure you allow push notifications when prompted during the install/setup process
This will register your device correctly and should restore push notification functionality.
