Early Learning for 2-Year-Olds: 15 hours of early learning each week for families in England who get extra support, like those on Universal Credit or children with an Education, Health, and Care Plan.
30 Hours of Childcare: For children aged 9* months to 4 years. Eligible working families can apply for 30 hours of childcare for 38 weeks a year, to use from the term after their child turns 9* months until they reach school age.
15 Hours of Childcare for all families: For all families with children aged 3 to 4.
You must apply for any funding (except childcare for all families) the term prior to when you want funding to start. You will be advised if you are eligible, and you will be provided with a unique reference number. In order for us to claim the funding, you must complete a Parental Declaration Form and submit your child's birth certificate.
We will ask you to provide this code when you complete our Nursery Application Form.
*We accept children from the age of 2.
Fees
Where funding may not be applicable for all or part of your child’s nursery place, standard nursery session fees will apply.
If you would like your child to attend our nursery full-time, you will use your free 30-hour funded entitlement, with an additional charge to cover the extra 2.5 hours. A full week in our nursery setting is 32.5 hours (6.5 hours per day)
Funded hours must be used in a continuous block.
Prior to the start of each term, an invoice will be issued. The invoice will detail the total amount due for that term. Payments for invoices can be made online via MCAS (outstanding payments).
We also accept payment via childcare vouchers (please speak to the office for more details).
Fees are due for the whole term, any days off due to sickness or holiday still require payment. Please note, any late collections will be charged at the published rate.
