The 10th of October marks The World Health Organisation's 'World Mental Health Day', to mobilise efforts around the world in support of mental health.
To help create awareness, we would like everyone to come together to make World Mental Health Day that little bit brighter by wearing something yellow on Friday 10th October to show young people that they're not alone with their mental health.
