Pupil Council

To be a school council member is a real privilege.  When the class votes were counted and we found out that we had been chosen we felt surprised and honoured.  We know it is a responsible and important job and it feels like we make things happy for the other pupils.

We enjoy our council meetings because everybody brings opinions from the pupils in their class and it is a good way to spread and develop ideas.

An important part of our work is to make sure there is no bullying going on in school.  We feel that to be a school councillor you have to be confident and strong in the way you feel; it is a bit like being a Member of Parliament but for Lawn Primary School.
