Personal, Social, Health & Education
Through personal, social and health education (PSHE) at Lawn, we hope that children will develop the skills, knowledge and attitudes which will enable them to lead healthy, fulfilling and meaningful lives. PSHE is taught in a cross curricular way and through discrete lessons. The lessons can include group work, circle time, debates, discussion, role play and the use of visitors. Through PSHE lessons pupils acquire the skills which enable them to maximise their own abilities and qualities, understand our diverse society, rights and responsibilities.
Along side teaching in class our Nurture Team provide support for both pupils and parents. Click here to read more about our Nurture Team.
